Airport Information Desk and Facilities

Information and Help Desk
There are visitor information services in the West Lobby (tel: 504 464 2752), in the West Terminal (tel: 504 463 1020) and in the East Baggage Claim area (tel: 504 465 8852). All visitor information service representatives are bilingual or multi-lingual; there is also a 24-hour Red Cross Language Bank (tel: 504 586 8191). There is also a Travelers Aid counter in the East Baggage Claim area, providing assistance and tourist information (tel: 504 464 3522).

Airport Facilities
Money and phone: The airport offers a bank, bureau de change facilities and a post office, all located in the main ticket hall. ATMs are available throughout the airport. Internet kiosks can be found on each concourse.
Eating and drinking: There are a wide range of restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours and cafés located around the terminal.
Shopping: Several shops are located throughout the terminal; duty-free is also available.
Luggage services: There is a lost property office in the West lobby, available 24 hours. Lockers are not currently available but Rush-it Courier Services provides a storage facility at the baggage reclaim area.

Conference and Business Facilities
The airport provides wireless Internet facilities, available on concourse C. All public telephones have data connections for laptop connection to Internet or business intranet. The TravelEx America Business Centre is located in the main ticket hall; it provides travel insurance, bureau de change, photocopying, fax and money transfers. Delta Air Lines has a Delta Crown Room, situated between gates 2 and 4 on concourse D, for its business-class passengers. The nearby Hilton New Orleans Airport (tel: 504 469 5000) offers a 24-hour business centre with equipped meeting spaces, including a high-tech amphitheatre, and a dedicated business concierge.

Disabled Facilities
The airport is fully accessible for disabled passengers. Several TDD telephones are located around the airport. A TDD telephone number for information and enquiries is also available (tel: 504 463 1057).
